Stencils
Our custom cut stencils are cut from a low tack adhesive backed vinyl. The vinyl is very pliable and will conform to most any surface. The stencils have an application tape applied to them to hold all the pieces together while you position them. Stencils can be made for most any type of graphic, except for photographic style images that have shadows and gradients. And once the fonts get below 1/8” tall they are just too small to cut as a stencil.

Due to the custom nature of stencils, it is very hard to list any prices. But to give you an idea of our low prices, the N818JB Number shown below on the Waco is a two layer stencil, one layer for each color. Two sets, one set for each side, (this is 4 stencils total) would cost roughly $20.
